We subscribe to the Mitchell On-Demand computerized repair information system, which provides us with over one million pages of current technical information about your vehicle. Utilizing this up-to-date information and current technical service bulletins, along with the traditional paper library from Mitchell, we have instant access to the information needed to maintain your vehicle properly.

In addition to factory service manuals, and the Mitchell On Demand CDRom database, our service technicians utilize iATN, the International Automotive Technicians Network, a worldwide network which provides us with instant access to a wealth of information about your vehicle, which you won't find published in any book or database.

Precision Automotive is one of the few shops in Oregon to utilize Simu-Tech, a computer based system used in conjunction with the SUN 450 PC based scope, the latest in high tech diagnostic equipment for computer controlled vehicles. The SUN is a full diagnostic machine capable of analyzing and providing in-depth information for nearly all vehicles. Shop4

Precision Automotive has all the recycling equipment necessary to service, repair & maintain both R-12 and 134a Air Conditioning systems. Our technicians are properly trained and hold EPA required (MAC) Mobile Air Conditioning certifications.

At Precision Automotive we feel that it is our responsibility, as your car care provider, to keep you aware of the condition of your vehicle. To this end we will inform you of any needed maintenance or repairs we discover when servicing your vehicle. We will let you know whether work is being suggested as routine or preventative maintenance, and whether it is being recommended because a vehicle system has failed or a failure is imminent.

At Precision, we do not perform repairs without your authorization, we will always provide an estimate, with itemized written estimates available upon request. We stand behind our warranty - materials and workmanship - all guaranteed for 18 months, or 18,000 miles.
